Student Calendar Design Competition 2026

Student Calendar Design Competition 2026

“Designing Identity — Expressing Self, Culture & Belonging” explores how design gives form to the stories, influences, and experiences that shape who we are.

For the Student Calendar Design Competition 2026, OVOL Singapore invites young creatives to create an original artwork that interprets identity through visual design — focusing on self, culture, belonging, or where they intersect.

Your work may reflect contrasts between private and public selves, cultural roots and lived experiences, or the communities, spaces, and identities that give you a sense of belonging.

You may draw inspiration from one or more of the following areas, but your interpretation is not limited to these:

Self – personality, memories, values, dreams, personal symbols

Culture – heritage, traditions, language, customs, aesthetics, diaspora

Belonging – family, friendships, communities, places, digital spaces, fandoms
